Medical building has high indoor air quality requirements and high energy consumption, and is one of the public buildings with the largest energy consumption per unit area. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the safety and reliability of the central air conditioning system in medical buildings have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. The temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system is based on the dry working condition of the air conditioning end and the outdoor air undertaking all the wet load, and cooperates with the high-efficiency cold and heat source, which can greatly improve the indoor air quality and reduce the operation energy consumption. The hospital project presented in this paper adopts the temperature and humidity independent control system with energy storage type floor slab double-sided radiant cooling and heating, deep dehumidification and displacement ventilation of double cold source outdoor air unit, and buried pipe ground source heat pump cold and heat source. The measured operation data shows that in 2020, the operation cost per unit air-conditioning area of the central air conditioning system (excluding garage, equipment room, etc.) is 39 yuan/m2, which is equivalent to the annual operation cost per unit building area of 31 yuan/m2, and the indoor air quality is good.
